Pastor Reginald L. Johnson, Sr., is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. In his late teenage years he migrated to Northwest Indiana where he laid his roots and began his ministry.

Pastor Johnson was licensed to preach in 2004 and ordained in 2006. Shortly after, he began pastoring at the early age of 25. His passion to minister to God’s people, witness to lost souls and to exemplify the love of Christ is shown in all of his work.

​

In addition to preaching and teaching, Pastor Johnson is a talented singer, musician and minister of music. He also loves serving those who are struggling with substance abuse. He actively serves as an Addictions Counselor at an inpatient substance abuse facility. There he offers clinical and spiritual assistance, while serving as a facilitator of group therapy sessions, creates goals and treatment plans for the clients, teaches coping skills and accountability, and meets with family members for guidance and support. Pastor Johnson is well respected in this field, and he is often asked to coach clients post rehabilitation and requested to speak at AA & NA meetings.

Pastor Johnson obtained his Bachelor's in Divinity in December of 2014 from the Calvary School of Ministry. He furthered his education and obtained a Master’s of Theology in Biblical Studies from GMOR Theological Institute of America in 2023.

Pastor Johnson is happily married to Kimberly Johnson. They enjoy doing ministry together, spending time with one another and their children. Pastor Johnson is actively preaching throughout the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana areas and continues to strive to develop disciples and better the community through Christ Jesus.
